SpellWalk SF: Mission

August 15, 2020. 5.2 miles. 91 minutes. Average speed: 3.42 mi/hr.

This was the last walk taken before wildfire season kicked into high gear. It was the night before the siege of lightning strikes that triggered hundreds of fires, some of which are still burning.

In all honesty, there wasn’t much noteworthy about this walk. I somehow knew that in advance, which is perhaps why I held off on this walk until it became the penultimate SF SpellWalk. (Read: The Mission isn’t actually that great of a neighborhood, and I still cannot fathom for the life of me why it is so tReNdY.)
